LOS ANGELES: Leave My Name Off (LMNO) Productions, a reality-programming producer, has hired Larry Goldman as VP of corporate communications.

Goldman will be in charge of positioning the company for an expansion into dramas and sitcoms, as well as acting as a liaison between LMNO and the networks and cable channels that air the company's shows.

"The challenge for us is positioning LMNO as a company that can do other things besides reality," said Goldman. "LMNO has a wonderful reputation in the buying community for what they do."

LMNO produces shows such as Boot Camp, and has a number of new programs this season, many on Fox. Upcoming offerings include the January 15 premiere of Man Versus Beast, a reality show that pits people in physical challenges against animals - such as a bear squaring off against a champion hot-dog eater. Other shows include a beauty pageant for dogs, and One Hundred and One Things Removed From the Human Body.

Goldman was a founding partner and EVP of Bender, Goldman & Helper, now known as Bender/Helper Impact. Most recently, he was managing partner and head of communications for Adventure Studios, a marketing and operations management company.
