The product's called Polara. It doubles as an oven and a refrigerator, works on a timer, and is built with lazy - er, busy - people in mind. It's a response to a trend of people focusing more on food as nurture, and wanting home-cooked food for their bellies, though they have little time to cook. There are now products that can accommodate this: pre-mixed, boxed, and frozen meals. This is a lifestyle tool, says Whirlpool - a Toy Box favorite for foresight and chutzpah. You make lasagna, for example, when you can, you put it in the oven, and set the 24-hour timer. It refrigerates all night and then automatically switches to cooking mode at, say, 8:05pm. By the time you walk in at 9pm, a meal's ready from the oven. For me, it's personal. I'm planing to upgrade my home, and Polara provides a breakthrough in cooking technology that will someday add an "I'm lazy" banner to my newly redone home. Any questions?
