NEW YORK: PRWeek, together with MS&L, has launched a new survey of marketing executives.

The PRWeek/MS&L Marketing Management Survey is asking brand managers, CMOs, and marketing VPs to shed light on their budget breakdown, reporting lines, and strategic development.

"The evolution of marketing has created a platform from which public relations can lead," said Lou Capozzi, chairman and CEO of MS&L.

"We are pleased to be partnering with PRWeek, and expect the survey to illustrate marketers' perceptions on how public relations is valued and evaluated in the overall marketing mix."

This research is particularly significant now, as more and more PR budgets and relationships are managed from the marketing departments, rather than solely through corporate communications.

The survey can be taken online at www.cyberpulse.com/ marketing. A free copy of the survey's full results will be sent to every respondent, and a donation will be made to the American Cancer Society for every survey completed.
