WASHINGTON: Mindshare Internet Campaigns has opened a Pittsburgh office and has named Danielle Robinson head of Pittsburgh operations.

The firm's services include internet-based public affairs activities such as viral marketing, internet fundraising, and relationship building.

This office continues the online public affairs shop's geographical expansion. In August, the firm opened a Boston office.

"Western Pennsylvania is a location that can serve this area and give easy access to Midwestern companies," said Robinson, who earned her master's in communication and worked at the University of Georgia before joining Mindshare. "It's a chance to expand the client base and better serve existing clients."

"The technical talent in Pittsburgh is amazing. It's a great place to be as we expand," said CEO Dan Solomon.
