FAIRFIELD, CT: Broadcast monitoring company TVEyes, previously solely operated by founder David Ives, has added a management team that includes three former VMS executives, including CEO Michael Kaufman.

In addition to Kaufman, who will serve as TVEyes' president and CFO, former VMS VPs Meg Crumbine and Howard Briskin have been named SVPs of the boutique competitor.

In their new roles, Crumbine will concentrate on sales and marketing in New York and New England, while Briskin will head efforts in the Washington, DC, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Kaufman, Crumbine, and Briskin left VMS in October, November, and December of 2002, respectively. At VMS, Peter Wengryn replaced Kaufman as CEO, Jeff Tidyman was appointed to Crumbine's former post, and Meredith Imwalle took over for Briskin.
