The survey will ask those retaining and working with PR agencies to assess their level of satisfaction with their current firms based on a range of criteria.

"During the past six months, we have been developing this survey in order to highlight best practices and the most outstanding agencies across a number of key areas," said Lisa Kirk, PRWeek's president and publishing director.

"Working with Millward Brown, we are proud to offer the PR industry the most authoritative information possible on the effectiveness of PR firms as they service their clients," added Kirk.

The top-line results of the survey will appear in PRWeek.
