ST. LOUIS: In a move designed to beef up its client service, Fleishman-Hillard has named regional president John Modzelewski its president of client relations, a new position. David Senay will become interim president of Europe and South Africa while maintaining his current role as regional president for the Central US.

The appointments come with what CEO John Graham called a need for a "more structured approach" to the management of client relationships, he stated in a release. Graham added that stronger "client service often leads to great organic growth."

Senay has been with the firm since 1984, and Modzelewski has run Fleishman's European operations since 1999.
