EMERYVILLE, CA: Educational toy company LeapFrog has selected New York-based Kaplow Communications as its new agency of record in the US,
after working with MS&L for the past three years. MS&L declined to participate in the review, said Cherie Stewart, senior director of corporate communications.
Kaplow will oversee corporate and product PR in the US. LeapFrog Schoolhouse, the company's division which develops technology and programs for schools, will continue to use Infotech Strategies.
"The number-one goal at LeapFrog is to be a leading global-learning brand," said Stewart. "As such, we wanted to bring aboard a [PR] partner that had a lot of experience with consumer products and branding. And Kaplow brings rich, deep experience from that perspective."
