MIAMI: LatinClips, one of the PR industry's largest ethnic media monitoring service, has launched LatinClips' Broadcast TV. It is the first dedicated TV monitoring service in the US for Spanish-language programs.
The service will track national and local Spanish-language newscasts, television shows, and other requested programs. Most of the nation's 20 biggest Hispanic markets are covered, said LatinClips CEO Christine Clavijo-Kish.
LatinClips tested Broadcast TV with some clients late last year, she said.
Broadcast TV will offer transcripts immediately. Its online database will archive broadcast segments for as long as 90 days.
"We're pleased to bring this comprehensive monitoring tool to the PR and ad industries," Clavijo-Kish said, "because this service has been on our clients' wish list."
LatinClips also announced the launch of LatinClips Press, a clipping service that tracks more than 200 US Hispanic print media publications.
