Golin Harris names new healthcare VP

CHICAGO: Golin Harris has hired Wendy Dougherty as a healthcare practice VP, handling the firm's Bristol Myers-Squibb account.

CHICAGO: Golin Harris has hired Wendy Dougherty as a healthcare practice VP, handling the firm's Bristol Myers-Squibb account.

Dougherty previously led Cincinnati-based PR firm Northlich's the influencer marketing group at, where she directed programs for Procter & Gamble products geared toward healthcare providers.

She has also worked at Porter Novelli, Ogilvy PR, and the Cooney/Waters Group and has held relationships with GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Eli Lilly, and Pfizer.

Dougherty will report to David Zitlow, the Chicago-based healthcare director and VP, who assumed that role on September 1.

Golin Harris is part of the Interpublic Group of Companies.
