LOS ANGELES: Kelly Perdew, the winner of the second season of Donald Trump's The Apprentice, has hired Levine Communications Office (LCO) to handle his personal PR.
"The demands for my time and presence have been overwhelming and unprecedented," said Perdew. "I realized that I needed a professional organization to manage this communication process as well as to help advise me with important career decisions."
LCO VP and PR director Dawn Miller said her agency was chosen by Perdew's talent agency, ICM, to handle "branding, media relations, and kellyperdew.com."
She added, however, that the firm is not promoting him as an entertainer.
"We are not putting him out there as a reality star at all," said Miller. "He's a businessman through and through."
