NEW YORK: Trylon Communications has signed The Week magazine as a client. Trylon will handle the news and opinion title's trade and consumer media relations.

ATLANTA: Linda Buckley, the former director of publicity and PR for the Universal Orlando resort, has been appointed VP of business development for KEF Media Associates, where she will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic and marketing plans for the full-service video PR firm.

ALEXANDRIA, VA: O'Keeffe & Company has won several new clients, including the government division of IT reseller CDW. The government division sells PCs and other technology to federal, state, and local governments, as well as education districts. O'Keeffe's other new clients include Curam Software, EzGov, FileNet, and Telos.

NEW YORK: Steve Ennen has joined American Business Media as director of communications. He was most recently editorial director at Talcott Communications. He has also worked at Putnam Media and Reed Business Information.

SAN MATEO, CA: Larry Lettieri, former Hewlett-Packard communications manager, has joined A&R Partners as a senior director, working with enterprise software clients. Prior to joining A&R, Lettieri was executive communications manager and speechwriter at HP.

BEDMINSTER, NJ: MCS, a healthcare communications agency, has appointed Jeff Hoyak as president. Hoyak has been with MCS for 10 years, where he most recently served as EVP.

SAN FRANCISCO: Oracle VP Chimene Stewart has joined Spark PR as an MD. At Oracle, Stewart was VP of product and services PR, and served on the communications senior management team. Prior to Oracle, Stewart worked for Cunningham Communication.

AUSTIN, TX: The World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) has selected Weber Shandwick as its agency for the 2006 conference. The WCIT meets every two years, bringing together leaders from business, government, and academia to discuss global technology issues and trends.
