Imagio launches health-tech unit

SEATTLE: Hoping to ride the wave of online health and medical technology ventures hitting the market, Imagio Technology and Advertising announced the launch of a specialized health-technology division last week.

The Seattle-based integrated shop has tapped Peter Boone Summerville,

former director of the Community Health Care Information Technology

Alliance, to head up the new practice. Todd Langton, formerly manager of

PR and corporate communications for Bellevue, WA’s Overlake Medical

Center, has also joined the division as an account supervisor.



Current health-tech clients assigned to the new division include

CVS.com, the online branch of drugstore chain CVS Pharmacies;

EarthMed.com, a web site for holistic medicine; and Esurg.com, a web

site hawking medical, surgical and pharmaceutical equipment for

outpatient medical facilities.



Imagio also has divisions specializing in enterprise, digital media and

Internet/e-commerce.
