teamed up to focus their attention on reputation management, the

companies announced last week.



Under the terms of the deal, PSB will market and sell four measurement

tools offered by Walker, a research organization that specializes in

stakeholder measurement.



The tools that PSB clients will now enjoy access to are the corporate

reputation report, employee relationship report, customer feedback

report and supplier relationship report. Each product breaks audiences

down into smaller groups, providing information on customers, the media,

employees and investors.



According to PSB SVP David Hakensen, the agency’s interest in Walker was

sparked by a desire to provide clients with reputation data prior to

designing or recommending a PR program.



’Our clients want feedback in six weeks, not the six months many

research companies require,’ he said.



In addition to providing media- and performance-tracking within six to

eight weeks, Walker offers program recommendations based on the

data.



PSB sees its role as taking care of the next step in the progression:

the actual implementation of PR programs.
