Jiffy Lube, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pennzoil-Quaker State, boasts

more than 1,550 franchise oil-change centers in 48 states. ’Although our

relationship with Cone is new, they have a high degree of competence

when it comes to dealing with the various subtleties of our business,’

said Jiffy Lube director of advertising and marketing communications
