SAN FRANCISCO: Digital Island and Perfect.com have both selected The

Horn Group for PR, including messaging strategy as well as media and

analyst relations. Digital Island formerly handled its PR in-house, and

reportedly chose Horn over Burson-Marsteller. Perfect.com previously

worked with InterActive Public Relations.





ALBANY: Media Logic has tapped David Rooney as management supervisor

and director of PR. He arrives from Kaiser Permanente Northeast, where

he was VP for communications and member relations at the Center for

Economic Growth.

& Science has added Constance Adolph as director and VP of public and

alum Todd Appleman to head up its newly expanded PR division. Based in

Los Angeles, Appleman will oversee expansion of the PR practice in New

York and at the firm’s Memphis headquarters.

of a new Los Angeles office that will serve as the company’s

Asia-Pacific hub for North America. The new outpost, headed up by VP of
