HOUSTON: Oil company Fina has reduced its public affairs staff from four to two people as part of a corporate revamp. Leaving the firm are Carla Meadows and Maria Martineau, while Jeanne Cullers becomes public affairs director. Meadows, a former general manager of corporate comms, is starting her own firm, while Martineau becomes PR director for Brierley & Partners, a direct marketing firm.
