Ciena's Aaron Graham, senior manager of PR, said, 'Our needs changed, and we decided to take the trade media relations in-house and go with Sloane for financial media relations.'

The firm continues to use Hill & Knowlton in markets such as London and Mexico City.

Sloane & Company also picked up former Cohn & Wolfe client Camelot Information Technologies, an Israeli-based tech firm, and All Tel Corporation, a wireless telecom firm.

The New York-based agency has also started work on a project for the Bermuda International Business Association to help attract e-commerce firms to the area.

UK shop Regus Business Centres, a firm that offers temporary office space, added Sloane & Company to a roster of agencies as well.

The new accounts, all signed within the past month, account for an additional one million dollars in annual revenues.
