Chime continues expansion move

Chime chairman Lord Bell and QBO MD Trevor Morris refused to comment on the speculation. However, Bell has previously said he is out to fortify Chime's leading position, following its March acquisition of Harvard PR and Insight PR (PR Week UK, March 24).
