At B of A, which became the country's largest bank after merging with Charlotte, NC-based Nations Bank two years ago, corporate PR executive Ann McNeish has adopted Walker's responsibilities.

Walker will be one of three SVPs in Fleishman's LA corporate group, which handles such clients as United Airlines, Sony and Mitsubishi Motors.

Meanwhile, at the San Francisco office, former USA Today tech business reporter Doug Levy has signed on as VP of the media services group. After six years at USA Today, Levy was most recently a senior content editor at PlanetRX.
