VMS will provide daily reports to WestGlen for broadcasts that have occurred on local, network and cable TV outlets. The VMS proprietary NewsSearch system tracks broadcaster acceptance by combining traditional monitoring technology with monitoring via closed captioning.

WASHINGTON: Widmeyer Communications has signed three new senior associates. John DiBiase had served as press secretary to Sen. Charles Robb (D-VA). Robert Caruano had been associate director for government relations at the College Board. Lydia Pelliccia had been director of communications for FoodFit.com.
