In January, WebMD announced that it would no longer be retaining Ogilvy & Mather for its advertising, and it is now said to be bringing all of its PR work in house.

Shares in WebMD had been as high as dollars 70 in the past year, but are currently valued at dollars 10.

WebMD has worked in partnership with News Corporation since December 1999. In January, the two companies announced a restructuring of their relationship. News Corp last week reported dollars 281 million in losses directly related to WebMD and its other Internet investments.
