Instantis, a Silicon Valley provider of workflow automation software, and Sealed Media, a San Francisco company that makes software for protecting online transactions, have both hired the Boston-based hi-tech firm as PR agency of record. Sterling Hager, which scored major coverage as the agency behind the online 'Whack-a-Flack' game, now has a staff of about 15 in San Francisco.
