Former basketball star jumps to BASF

MOUNT OLIVE, NJ: BASF North America has scored former collegiate

and professional basketball star Tim Andree as its VP of corporate

communications.



Andree played professional basketball for the Chicago Bulls for two

years prior to entering the public relations world. He worked at Toyota

Motor Corporation for more than 12 years, and Japanese camera maker

Canon USA as VP and GM of corporate communications, before becoming a

principal with the Dilenschneider Group in New York.



At BASF North America, Andree will be responsible for directing

advertising, marketing services, public affairs, media relations,

employee communications and community affairs.
