H&K ups recent PR winnings by dollars 1m

NEW YORK: Hill & Knowlton is continuing its recent winning streak,

having signed the California Department of Health Services. The

organization has been looking for two agencies to help handle a

nutritional information campaign over the next three years.



H&K won the account in conjunction with advertising agency Lawrence Mayo

& Ponder. The account is said to be worth in the region of dollars 20

million, with the PR business around dollars 1 million.



H&K is understood to have beaten fellow WPP agency Ogilvy PR.



H&K is also set to handle New York's Central Park SummerStage

festival.



The event includes 28 free shows and 76 international artists.
