NEW YORK: Haymarket Media, publisher of PRWeek, is set to launch the first one-stop shop for PR pros and journalists.

PRWeek Contact, a directory due to launch in November, will bring together listings for corporate communications departments, PR agencies, federal and local government organizations, charities, trade associations, service providers and educational establishments. Free listings will ensure it is the most comprehensive directory on the market.

PRWeek Contact will not only be available to purchase, but will also be circulated to 4,000 key corporate communications professionals and journalists. All the listings will also be available online at prweek.com and will be fully searchable. Drawing on Haymarket's experience in publishing directories in Europe, PRWeek Contact will employ time-saving layouts, and a master A-Z index to ensure it is reader-friendly.

"This is a natural brand extension for us,

said publishing director, Lisa Kirk. "But we don't want just any directory, we want to create the best there is - a truly useful tool for agencies, corporations and journalists."
