NEW YORK: GS Schwarz is forming a food and beverage division in response to current economic conditions. The company already has eight food and beverage clients with annual revenues of about $1 million. Like other agencies, Schwarz saw technology business drop last year. Total agency revenues went from $6 million in 2000 to $5 million in 2001, with most of the loss coming from technology and financial services, said Jerry Schwarz, president.
