Biz360 joins with Factiva to expand content offerings

SAN MATEO, CA: Biz360 has entered a deal with Factiva, a Dow Jones and Reuters Company, uniting its analysis capabilities with Factiva's expanded content.

SAN MATEO, CA: Biz360 has entered a deal with Factiva, a Dow Jones and Reuters Company, uniting its analysis capabilities with Factiva's expanded content.

Biz360's flagship product, Market360, will be sold as a separate offering, or bundled with Factiva's content.

"It's a very tight integration between Market360 and Factiva Select, a filtered XML news feed,

said Robyn Forman, corporate marketing and communications manager for Biz360.

"Market360 performs all the real-time analysis on that media content. It basically adds a great amount of content to what we can analyze,

Forman added.

Factiva provides global content for Dow Jones and Reuters newswires, The Wall Street Journal and some 8,000 other sources.

The joint venture has already secured at least one client, Roxio, a digital media software company.
