RSF picks Saatchi as its new agency

PARIS: French-based international journalists' rights organization Reporters Sans Frontieres (RSF, a.k.a. Reporters Without Borders) has selected Saatchi %26 Saatchi to handle its communications needs, replacing Lowe Alice.

PARIS: French-based international journalists' rights organization Reporters Sans Frontieres (RSF, a.k.a. Reporters Without Borders) has selected Saatchi %26 Saatchi to handle its communications needs, replacing Lowe Alice.

RSF defends imprisoned journalists and press freedom throughout the world, as well as the right to inform the public and to be informed, in accordance with Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It has national sections in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK, plus representatives in Abidjan, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Montreal, Moscow, Nairobi, New York, Tokyo, and Washington, DC, and more than 100 correspondents.

The international secretariat of RSF is based in Paris, with 20 permanent staff handling research, posting of information on the internet, communication, administration, and finance.
