APRF recruits the last of the big ten

Bozell Sawyer Miller Group, the only holdout among the top 10 PR companies, last week joined The Association of Public Relations Firms (APRF), which is looking to add 40 more firms to its 60-member roster by the middle of next year.

Bozell Sawyer Miller Group, the only holdout among the top 10 PR companies, last week joined The Association of Public Relations Firms (APRF), which is looking to add 40 more firms to its 60-member roster by the middle of next year.

APRF executive director Jack Bergen told PRWeek that the association is talking with 20 other agencies right now.

Bergen said that APRF eligibility standards will require that member firms be in business for at least three years, but added that there could be a waiver for younger companies.
