Knowlton and led by B&O/San Francisco VP Didi D’Errico.

Founded in January 1999 and based in San Francisco, E*Offering

previously worked with New York’s PR 21. Billings for the account were

not released.

B&O’s Silicon Valley office has also picked up two other new clients in

the past month: ThirdAge Media and Clip2, both start-ups without

previous PR representation.

San Francisco-based ThirdAge, a portal aimed at baby boomers that

recently secured dollars 89 million in funding, hired B&O’s Mountain

View team after a comprehensive agency review. ThirdAge PR manager Mindy

Cebers, herself a former B&O employee, said she selected the agency

primarily for its ’enthusiastic, strategic and interactive pitch’ and

its ’consumer expertise.’

Clip2 is a free, Web-based service that lets users organize and share

links to their favorite sites and online products.
