Food market web site favors Franco

ANN ARBOR, MI: WebLight Productions has enlisted the services of

Detroit-based Franco Public Relations to launch FoodHunter.net, a new

online marketplace for the food service industry.



With listings of restaurant distributors and brokers as well as links to

manufacturer storefronts, FoodHunter.net enables industry players to

research costs and purchase supplies online. Franco, which was hired in

September, is the company’s first PR firm.



Franco will net about dollars 100,000 in annual fee income from the

WebLight account, the latest in a series of recent wins in Franco’s

growing technology practice, which includes clients such as Microsoft

Great Lakes District, AppNet and Sequoia.
