Sloane tops dollars 1m, snags dot-coms

NEW YORK: Sloane & Company announced last week that it has topped the dollars 1 million mark after its first year in business and is on track to more than double that figure in 2000.

Sloane, launched in October 1998 by former Edelman exec Elliot Sloane,

also announced three new Internet clients: San Diego-based Virtgame.com,

an Internet gaming company; Rocketboard, a keyboard designed for

Internet use; and net2phone.com, a web-based telephone service.



The three new clients will add dollars 500,000 in annualized fee income

to the agency’s coffers.
