The agency has sent flip-flops with its name and web site address to

hundreds of customers. ’Finding the perfect client gift requires some

creativity,’ said CEO Rise Birnbaum. ’We wanted to make our clients

smile and remind them of where we’d all like to be: the beach.’



What he left out was that if clients are on the beach, the flip-flops

might remind them of what they’ve left behind at the office. Um, is this

a good thing?
