MoneySuperMarket has brought in Confused.com’s Sharon Flaherty as its head of PR and social media.
She joins after four years at Confused.com, with oversight of social media newly added to the role.
Flaherty, who steps into the role after the departure of Susannah Clark, said that this reflected a drive to "put digital at the core of what we do".
As head of content and PR at Confused.com, last year Flaherty oversaw the launch of new mascot Brian the Robot, which she says included drawing together the content, PR and digital teams.
"Confused.com recognised this integration, and part of my role will be about making sure there are no silos [across marcoms disciplines]," she added.
