Former M: Communications consultant founds Detail Communications

Former consultant from M: Communications’ Russia & CIS team Timofey Pletz has launched Detail Communications, a new international financial comms agency.

Detail Communications claims to be the only international financial comms agency headquartered in Moscow to operate in Russia, the United States, Hong Kong and Africa.

The company’s main areas of expertise are investor relations, financial PR and media relations for major blue chip companies as well as start-ups.

Pletz was previously a part of the Russia and CIS team at M: Communications, where he focused on financial communications, investor relations and communications during IPOs and M&A deals.

He was also part of the IR team at Novatek, Russia's largest independent natural gas producer, and spent several years as a journalist with Russia Today covering business news.

City PR firm M:Communications, which had revenues of £14m, closed earlier this year following the resignation of its founders and other senior members of staff.
