Whiteoaks management team buys out founder Gill Craig

The management team of technology PR agency Whiteoaks has bought out founder Gill Craig and other shareholders in a deal backed by Lloyds Bank.

MD James Kelliher becomes chairman and CEO of the Surrey-based agency, which is now making £4m in fees annually.

Suzanne Munton, also a current director and shareholder, becomes the consultancy’s managing director and Hayley Goff becomes client services director.

Kelliher said Craig would "remain heavily involved in the business, providing business development consultancy and services to the management team".

In addition, John Broy and Sharon Barlow have been promoted to become associate directors of the business.
