Sports retailer signs Tangerine PR

Online fanwear retailer has signed Tangerine PR to help raise its profile among its core target audience of 17- to 25-year-olds ahead of the FIFA World Cup next year.

The agency will target key national, sports and lifestyle media while former footballer and brand ambassador Robbie Savage will try to increase buzz and talkability around

The PR strategy will be based on its core sports offering of football, rugby, basketball and running.

Tangerine will also manage the company’s social media presence via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
