Lansons appoints deputy head of employee engagement practice

Krista Sutherland has been appointed by Lansons Communications as deputy head of its fast growing change and employee engagement practice.

Sutherland has worked for Lansons as a consultant over the past six months and her permanent appointment will see her working with Scott McKenzie, Director of Change and Employee Engagement at Lansons, to expand the practice and service existing clients.

Before joining Lansons she was most recently a comms consultant for Close Brothers and Barclays Capital and previously held senior roles across major brands and FTSE 100 companies including Centrica, Vodafone, Barclays and Sanofi-Aventis.

Tony Langham, Lansons Communications’ Chief Executive commented: "The industry is changing and we are focused on solving the strategic challenges our clients face, in whatever form they come.  Change and employee engagement is a major focus for us. There’s a huge growth opportunity as companies wake up to the importance of ensuring their colleagues understand and engage with their brand and business objectives."
