European digital healthcare and pharmaceutical comms agency Refreshed Wellbeing has been acquired by US-headquartered agency WCG.
Refreshed Wellbeing co-founder Carl Engelmarc will become WCG managing director of digital marketing.
The agency works for clients such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol Myers Squibb, Grunenthal, Johnson & Johnson, LEO Pharma, Mentolatum, Pfizer and Roche.
