The footballers will launch two venues initially - Café Football in Westfield Stratford in London and Hotel Football next to Manchester United's Old Trafford ground.
Manchester-based Tangerine has been appointed following initial strategy work and will now implement a targeted PR and social media launch.
The focus will be on raising awareness of the company among key stakeholders in the leisure and hospitality sectors.
Also leading the new venture will be GG Hospitality MD Stuart Procter.
Tangerine’s consumer team will also work with GG Hospitality to launch its portfolio of businesses to consumers, delivering fully integrated strategic and creative campaigns, using traditional PR channels and key social media platforms.
The first business to be launched by GG Hospitality will be Café Football in November 2013 in Westfield Stratford, London.
This will be followed by the launch of Hotel Football in 2014, which is located on the doorstep of Old Trafford.
Mary Harding, MD of Tangerine PR’s consumer team, said: ‘Our aim is to help the team at GG Hospitality build its brands and communicate its vision and values to both stakeholders and consumers in an engaging and creative way.’
Neville retired from football in 2011 while Giggs is spending the coming season as player/coach for United.
