Weber Shandwick strikes partnership with Kenyan PR firm

Weber Shandwick has extended its footprint in East Africa by partnering with Gina Din Corporate Communications, an independent PR agency based in Kenya.

The agency was founded in 1997 by former Barclays Bank of Kenya head of corporate affairs Gina Din-Kariuki.

The partnership means Weber Shandwick Africa can now support clients in 20 markets across the Africa region.

Weber Shandwick chairman Jack Leslie said: ‘In the past few years, more and more global companies and institutions have come to us looking for the best way to develop markets in Africa. Gina Din will be a great partner in East Africa to help lead our expansion there.’
