Freuds holds on to top spot in PRWeek's top 50 consumer agencies report

Freud Communications has topped PRWeek's annual ranking of the industry's top 50 consumer agencies

The agency has retained its number one position with a consumer fee income of £15.5m. 

Edelman, The Communications Store, The Red Consultancy and We Are Social join Freud in the top five. 

Tight budgets, greater demand for proof of effectiveness but a growing sense that PR can be the provider of ‘the big idea’ sums up 2012 for many consumer PR agency bosses.
