The package holiday operator has charged Rooster with driving consumer coverage of the brand, positioning it as the 'go-to cruise expert'.
It’s the first time Cruise Nation, founded in 2009, has called in agency help and follows discussions with several agencies.
Rooster will target travel and lifestyle titles to attract those new to cruise holidays as well as established cruise passengers.
Cruise Nation managing director Phil Evans said: ‘With year-on-year growth of 182 per cent and with more than 40,000 subscribers, we feel it’s time to fast-track the public’s awareness of Cruise Nation in the UK.
‘Rooster has proven expertise in this area and we can’t wait to start spreading the word about the great value cruise packages we offer.’
The activity will be led by Rooster account director Helen Batte and account manager Jasmin Othman.
