The consultancy will focus on senior appointments in PR, corporate comms, investor relations and marketing communications.

It has signed a partnership agreement with executive coaching organisation Moss Perform.

In addition, Moss Perform co-founder Jo Moss is a board director and partner in Oskar Yasar Partnership and its other co-founder Laurence Borde is a non-executive director.

Yasar, who has taken the role of managing partner, said: ‘Partnership will not just be the name on our door – it’s our promise to work as a dedicated and long-term partner with our customers, who we believe to be both our candidates and clients, and as someone who was previously both a candidate and a client of headhunters and recruiters I have an understanding of what that promise should be.’

Yasar claimed the consultancy has already taken on eight senior mandates within corporate comms, investor relations, PR and marketing.

He resigned from VMA Group, where he was managing director of international, in February. He spent nine years at the company, helping to grow it from seven people in London to 55 in Europe, Asia and Australia.
