The body, which is part of NHS Wales, has put out a tender ahead of the launch of an Improvement Unit as part of a wider quality drive.
The winning agency will work with the unit as it aims to help the wider service improve standards. A spokesman said that the winning agency would focus on both media relations and internal comms in order to help convey the ‘improvement agenda’.
Agencies had until last week to submit initial proposals, with work expected to start next month. The Improvement Unit is expected to launch in October across the ten major health organisations in Wales.
