The agency will oversee a consumer-facing project brief ahead of the ASK Italian Grand Tour this autumn.
The cycling tour will include a series of fundraising challenges involving ASK staff and the public throughout the UK in a bid to raise £250,000 for the charity.
Jim Hawker, co-founder of Threepipe, said that the work would initially focus on driving registrations and participation in the Tour, as well as donations closer to the event.
A team from the agency will then join participants during September’s event to generate and seed content from the tour.
‘There will be a range of different activities for different people, from endurance cycling for keen athletes to activities focused more on families. We will be tailoring our messaging around these different groups getting involved.‘
'We will also be connecting with those who have a connection with Great Ormond Street Hospital across the country to help mobilise their support base.’
Threepipe, whose work will be led by associate director David Robson, will also focus on ASK staff.
The agency will report into Cat Kebbeh, ASK Italian Grand Tour project manager.
She added: ‘The ASK Italian Grand Tour is part of our ongoing commitment to raise £1m for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and we are keen to raise not just money but also awareness of our partnership with the charity, which is benefiting so many families across the UK.’
