House PR is tasked with delivering the trade and consumer PR campaign for a new festival, Summer Sets On The Beach, which will be broadcast part-live on ITV2 this August.
The Weston-super-Mare-based festival will see performances from Professor Green, Gabrielle Aplin, Stooshe, The Strypes and bands from ITV’s The Big Reunion, including 90s boyband 5ive.
Managing director Ginny Paton will lead the account, reporting directly to Melanie Fletcher, executive producer at Done + Dusted.
The agency will be responsible for press office management, media partnership activity, talent media liason, news generation, media accreditation and onsite press office, as well as consulting on social media and event promotion. The activity will last throughout the summer and include follow-up activity after the festival in September.
House PR previously handled the comms work for T4’s On The Beach since 2006. It won the account for the new festival without a pitch.
