Former VMA executive Oskar Yasar plans recruitment agency launch

Oskar Yasar is understood to be readying the launch of an executive recruitment business after resigning his managing director of international role at VMA Group in February.

PRWeek understands the business will have an international focus on corporate comms, investor relations and marketing comms recruitment.

Yasar is currently serving out a three-month period of gardening leave from VMA.

He spent nine years at recruitment business VMA Group, helping to grow it from seven people in London to 55 in Europe, Asia and Australia.

VMA Group managing director Claire Tuffin said Yasar had played a key role but the business had no plans to replace him.
