Deliberate will handle media relations for the free video app, generating coverage across consumer, business and technology media when it officially launches in the UK in May.
The app, which has 580,000 users in Scandinavia, gives users the ability to create and edit high quality short videos to share with other users and across social media.
The agency will also build VideofyMe’s strategic partnerships with brands in the UK and develop collaborations to showcase the app. VideofyMe has carried advertising from Nokia, Samsung, P&G and Ikea, and the app has established partnerships with blogging platforms such as WordPress and Tumblr.

Launched in Sweden in 2010 by Mellberg and Oskar Glauser, it is now used by 35 per cent of the country's population aged 15-34, while 170,000 videos are shared every month.
